If you sponsored an event at the 2013 Conference in Toronto, you are in the privileged position to obtain the same event as or to sponsor an event of your choice from the list of new or otherwise unsponsored events. Please peruse the overall Sponsorship and Exhibition Opportunities Package to see if you would like to enhance/change your sponsorship by supporting one of our other events. The booking opportunities will be open to all interested parties 2015 January 10.

Exhibit Opportunities

Registration for Exhibit Booth Attendants  

Booth Attendants are required to register online and need to enter a special code when registering.  The special code will be provided to you after your booth space has been confirmed and invoiced and should be given only to the appropriate person(s) authorized to use it. 

With each booth space purchased, two full conference registrations are allowed per booth.

Note: Exhibit booth staff must be registered online by 2015 April 30.


Registration Instructions: 

Please click on http://www.cnsconference2015.org/index.html to start the registration process, then follow the steps below.

  1. Select “Option 1 - CNS member” or “Option 2 – Continue as Non CNS Member”
  2. Then enter your Personal and Address Information
    Note: The information you provide will be used for your badge at the conference.
    Follow inputing additional Information and meal selection (Note: if non-standard meal required, please describe. We will try to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee accommodating all requests).
    (Should you get interrupted at this point, the information will be saved, and you will receive an email with the URL to allow you to continue and add the registration options. 
  3. Registration Options: In the box on top of the page, enter the special code as provided and click on the Save tab.
    The option you registered under will then be displayed as:
    -       CNS Exhibitor (2 registrations allowed per booth) at $0.00.
    (If an incorrect code is used you will not see the CNS Exhibitor (2 registrations allowed per booth) at $0.00)
  4. Click on Register: your Receipt Number will be displayed.
  5. You will receive an email notification with a link for your receipt.
